Petit Palace Embassy Serrano

I stayed 5 nights there and had a marvellous experience! The whole staff were lovely, especially Miguel P and Noemí, who kindly helped me with printing and scanning some very important documents. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the wifi was fast and reliable, the breakfast was really delicious and full of different options! A couple of suggestions: it might be nice to have a shoe-polishing machine somewhere, especially for those travelling for work. and perhaps a few herbal tea options in the room would be great too. Thank you very much for the awesome stay.

We absolutely loved our entire experience at the Icon Embassy Hotel. The location is perfect for visiting all of the best Madrid has to offer. The rooms are very well equipped with spacious bathrooms and useful amenity kits, coffee/tea makers, comfortable beds and are very well sound proofed. The breakfast is absolutely spectacular with a large selection of traditional Spanish dishes as well as international fare. But it was the Staff who were the stars...every person we encountered from Front Desk to Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Noemí and Francisco for making our stay so enjoyable.
