Hotel is quiet. Good breakfast. Great welcome. Spacious room and bus stop 50m direct downtown. Very good bedding.

This is the third time I stayed at Becasa De San Sebastián de los Reyes and I would definitely repeat. I really like the flexibility to stay there as long as you need and have a studio with the basics. The place is clean, organized and gives good vibe. As you arrived by train to Chamartín, I can go on line 10 directly to the Infanta Sofia stop which is a few minutes walk away. I recommend it.

The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very well equipped with everything you need, coffee and infusions of various types, complimentary water and lots of other amenities. But what I really liked about the experience, has been the customer service, the attention, the friendliness and the constant trying to give the best experience, there are few hotels that take care of it so much. We had a room reserved for training and the same, care and constant attention (they came in during the breaks to ventilate the room!). The restaurant team is also to highlight it, how friendly and what way to know if the customer is comfortable. I certainly hope to have the opportunity to repeat at the hotel, either for work or personally.
