Villa Frigiliana

It is recognized that the Town of Frigiliani is a beautiful place, so it was a bit surprising to find a hotel so nicely priced in the centre and close to restaurants and shops and also having great views. The room was more than adequate - actually the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was extremely good. However, what made the hotel standout was the staff. The friendliness, helpfulness and interest by the staff was of 4 * quality. We could not fault them, or in fact give too praise too high. The one thing that was unusual was the smell throughout the hotel which just added to the experience of our stay. This was matched the cleanliness and the quiet ambience of the hotel despite being on one of the main roads leading in/out of the town. A member of staff that stood out was Charron with a warm welcome and a desire to make sure we got to know her town. Priced at this level we will definitely be back.
