Zenit Malaga

The hotel is lovely and clean however we stayed there for my husband's 60th, I contacted the hotel prior to our stay to ask for any complimentary treats or room decorations we had nothing that was disappointing a generic card or a bottle of wine would of been nice, the staff didn't lift their heads as we walked in and out but friendly when approached, for a 3 star hotel the room needed attention, crack in sink in bathroom, the book provided in the room to tell you what they offer said they offer a wide range of international and Spanish TV channels but couldn't find any international channels only Spanish that was disappointing they only put one coffee sachet, otherwise it's herbal teas which we didn't like, the safe provided in the room was extra cost, the location is about 30 mins walk into the centre however the room was clean and tidy, the stay would of been more memorable if they had of done something for my husband's 60th.

We are two couples of friends traveling to Andalusia and we stayed in this hotel for one night. The hotel is located 15 minutes on foot from the historic center, so it is very close to the city but at the same time away from the chaos. The quality of sleep was excellent with a fantastic mattress; in the standard room we had booked, there was everything needed for a pleasant stay (including a kettle with tea bags, herbal teas, and coffee, which were not available in the subsequent 4-star hotels we stayed in) - very good breakfast with both sweet and savory options, only the coffee was very long (not espresso as we Italians drink it), and free lemon water in the lobby. The staff were very kind, both at the reception (who recommended a parking lot just a few steps from the hotel, which was also free on Sundays) and the waitresses in the restaurant. If I were to return to Malaga, I would definitely return to this hotel.

Was a lovely stay at a very nice hotel 15to 20 minute walk into centre but circular bus stop across road from hotel. Staff were very helpful and hotel was immaculate. Breakfast were good, good selection of cold and hot food. In all a great stay
