Unfortunately, the stay was horrible; on the food side, there are many repeated items, and they do not take into account that there are people who do not eat pork, almost 70 percent of the food. My children were mistreated at the kids' club. Unfortunately, we are Genius 3 on Booking and have never given a bad review to a hotel knowing that we travel all over the world. But this is the first time my daughter cried.

We spent a very pleasant week with family thanks to the facilities, location, and of course the service of the staff, which I want to highlight for their great performance (courtesy, willingness, kindness, etc.). The cleanliness and maintenance are impeccable, the food is good, the spa, sauna, Turkish bath, pools, gym, etc. are in very good condition, and to point out a downside, I would say better indications to show exactly where the facilities are located and to place appropriate temperature thermostats in the rooms to achieve a comfortable temperature since we only managed to either freeze or have room temperature. I want to make a special mention of the entertainment monitors Claudia and Stefi, who go above and beyond daily for the children to feel at home having fun and enjoying their stay with the nursery, leisure area, pool, disco, etc. They are the driving force of this hotel and one of the reasons we chose to spend our vacation here this year, and of course, they did not disappoint at all, thank you very much. To suggest an idea, if there were babysitting services for the rooms, that would be great. Best regards.

This is the second time we have come in 3 years, and it is a safe bet that we will return. First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff very much. From the reception staff Giada, to the lifeguards Jairo, Manuel, and Martín, the entertainment team Stefy, Claudia, Fabiana, Jesús, and Verónica for entertaining, playing, and taking care of the children as if they were their own... to the cleaning team Aroa and Nerea for how well the rooms are maintained, and the waitstaff Belén, Ramón, Alex, María, María Jesús, and chef Juan Silva, etc... Thank you very much... as my son says, it is not a 4-star hotel, it is a 5-star hotel... Relaxing for spending vacations with your partner, with your family.... You truly relax and do not get bored; there are activities at the hotel, and you can also go to the beach, which is 400 meters away. I am addressing you, the hotel director, because you have an outstanding human team, and I truly congratulate each one of them; I only ask that you take care of them just as they take care of the guests.
