On September 26 my children arrived at the hotel at about 21:00. Before booking we expressly asked if there would be any problems as they were 2 minors (17 and 16) accompanied by their older brother (19) and we were confirmed that they were not. However, upon arrival they required parental permission in addition to the family book, which we had never been informed of.
The worst thing was not that, but the treatment of the receptionist (man with white hair and pigtail, I think his name is Michelangelo), who said he was “fed up” with these situations and even told my son a “you shut up, this is not with you”. A totally inappropriate and disrespectful comment to any client.
Very bad experience. I recommend the hotel clearly inform your requirements and, above all, treat with respect to its guests.

We stayed at this hotel during our on the road in Andalusia. Great location, a few steps from the beach, clean rooms, possibility of indoor garage (expensive but around there are no parking lots) and spacious rooms.
The only flaw is that they only speak Spanish but otherwise it is great given the price

Cambai als photos that are even ghosts. (I was Luca Puni de Soller) I have loved knowing the place by seeing the ghosts of Momo and his family, or if I loved one of these days I will turn my8 family into the most people.
