Convenient location in the Soho area, 5 mins walk from Malaga Centro station and a short stroll to the large indoor food market and main shopping area. Also convenient to an amazing choice of restaurants/eateries in the area where we ate both evenings of our stay. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere with fabulous pieces of art in the form of paintings to sculptures in the breakfast area to the rooftop bar( which was lovely to sit and chill with a drink at the end of the evening)
This was a celebratory stay for my husband and I , and to our surprise , when checking in, had a room upgrade that was just the cherry on the top ! Our room looked out into the street below but we were not disturbed by any noise. The place was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only fault I could find was that apart from a couple of English speaking news channels on the huge tv in our room, there were no other English speaking channels available. To be fair , we weren’t there to watch the tv but it would have been nice to have the choice.
There was also a safe available in the room , fully stocked fridge, bathrobes, slippers, flip flops for ( I’m assuming) standing in the bath if having a shower, and little touches like a hat, paper fan and a charging point for electronics at the desk area in the room.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you wanted a little more luxury for your money when staying in Malaga . Perfect location , amazing choices at the breakfast buffet and I would definitely came back to stay again when visiting this fabulous city
