Apartamentos Benal Beach

Our experience was disastrous. They literally busted our vacation. We rented an apartment and when we arrived we found it dirty and with the terrace in the works (there was a gentleman on the balcony literally). They sent someone to clean (the balcony helmets included) and told us that the works could not stop them, but that they would respect the rest times. Lie after lie. At 16:00 in the afternoon when my daughters wanted to take a nap, I had the worker itching on my balcony. We ended up going somewhere else and requesting the return of the apartment and the deposit (200€ q charge you upon arrival). They made the return, although we struggled to lose another day of vacation. I do not recommend this agency, they seem very unprofessional renting a flat in works and dirty.

Website listing stated washing machine in apartment, as only a 5 night stay and wanting to travel light this was one of the reasons for picking this. No washing machine here and was told it was a website error. All listed facilities are subject to availability. Apartment itself was clean, balcony doesn't get daytime sun and flooring is rough concrete impossible to walk on with bare feet. Good location. Close to everything. In the hilly part of benalmadena to get places but good transport links all short distance from main gates.

Shocking room! air con leaked all over reported but nothing was done had to mop all the water off the floor the sofa was drenched the bedding cover was wet as it was touching the floor! clearly this had been a problem for a long time as the wall was was black! The bathroom the paint was all hanging off the ceiling there should have been 6 light bulbs but was only 4 of which only 2 worked! The shower head was black with scum really dirty! The fridge was leaking after 10 days & not getting any response from anyone I left yet another note this time in Spanish demanding clean bedding & towels as we hadn’t had any! Would not recommend this place to anybody! Our friends room there shower was a dribble they had a massive hole in the roof on the patio the concrete falling off on the table so they couldn’t sit on the balcony! Geinsa was never in the office to take the complaints no telephone no to contact anyone! Definitely didn’t expect standards like this after booking through Loveholidays!
