Apartamentos Jardines de Santa Maria Golf

We have rented privately here before and never been disappointed. Until now. We rented a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for five weeks directly with Sagesa, the company who manage the complex. They were clearly not prepared for our arrival, as we were met with stained sofa, soiled bedcovers, unwashed dishes and broken furniture and fittings, to name a few things and to illustrate how unpleasant this was. The rentals representative responded to my litany of complaints by hastily dealing with the essentials and ignoring the rest. We were told we had booked a Basic apartment and not a Superior one. We were not given the choice when booking, and besides, Basic does not mean dirty or shoddy. After two weeks of chasing improvements we were eventually offered an alternative apartment for the latter part of our holiday, which we declined, and by way of compensation we were exempted from paying for our electricity. Small comfort. We will be using another company or private person for our future rentals.

These beautiful apartments are perfectly situated for the beach, a 10 minute walk away and passing some fantastic restaurants on the way. Our go to person to use is Yolanda North. Mizz Fixit.com. Friendly, helpful and always a phone call away if needed. These apartments are secure with a various number of pools to chose from,lovely manicured gardens and 24 hour security for you added safety. Definitely worth a visit,

You try Elviria estates. Acaceli is fantastic, she found us some where within minutes. We had a villa booked with villa plus, beachside, private pool. Sounds great, no no no it was disgusting. Dirty. Smelly, thread bare linen, rotten sunbeds I could go on,but having left after two nights we found ourselves homeless with our new granddaughter coming the following week we wanted the best for her. Los jardines was more than we could have hoped for. Two bed, two bath apartment with under ground parking. The security was helpful and very thorough. Four pools and last than 10 min walk to the beach. The local square with bars, restaurants of all flavours five minutes away. try it .
