Balcon de Europa

I stayed at this hotel 9 years ago loved it then and still do now on my return visit with my sister. We had a sea view room with balcony, it's great to see the beach and hear the waves each day, the room was standard size for two people, it was a little dark and wallpaper slightly 'frayed' but it was very clean. I know there are lighter rooms though so you Maybe lucky. ALL staff were brilliant, the receptionists, cleaners, waiters, bar staff all very friendly and provided very efficient service so given 5 stars as thoughly enjoyed our stay. The location is right on the balcon you can't get much better than that and restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk and there are plenty of them. The bus station is about 10 mins walk away from the hotel to.

Location is second to none. Stunning.We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Excellent staff,spotless throughout Breakfast was a real treat . We had an unfortunate experience in Nerja when my wife's bag was snatched and our banks cards had been scanned following a withdrawal from an ATM and was used extensively. The hotel manager of the day kindly offered to refund our money for our stay if we wished to return home early. We however stayed on and were happy to do so.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff made us feel at home. Breakfast is FAB. Outside area on the Balcon de Europa is perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. Very comfortable underdogs.
