Balmoral

I have been on vacation for 10 days. I had a great time at the hotel thanks to Álvaro, Manu, and Elena from the entertainment team who organized all kinds of games and are super fun.

The best of the best was the entertainment team at the hotel; Álvaro, Manu, and Elena made our stay super fun for the whole family with games, dances, and affection.

Everything was great, from reception, the cleaning ladies were super attentive, the waiters, and the entertainment, excellent. We had some great days of disconnection!
