Cortijo Amaya

We had a great stay at Cortijo Amaya - 4 nights at the start of May. We were 29 in total - three generations and had loads of space and it was great having an en-suite in all the rooms. The kids took advantage of the swimming pool and we all loved the tennis/basketball court. The sea views were also fantastic and can’t be appreciated from the photos. Fabiola was a great host before, during and after the stay.

We had a pleasant stay with our circle of friends. The outdoor area invites all kinds of sports Things to do. The house is well equipped. The walk to the beach is short, but the neighbouring dog is very worried by aggressive behaviour - especially among younger passengers. The constant barking disturbs the local calm and spreads fear.

We stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool area is great to chill and enjoy the views and the quiet - it is a very quiet area. Facilities are good and breakfast has a great choice of cooked eggs and bacon, cereals, bread and cold meat, yoghurt and fruit. All day you can enjoy the bar for cold drinks (self service). Need a car to get to bar, restaurants and shops as not anything local really - walkable I suppose but a steep hill back up. This is a must visit place run by a lovely couple.
