Jardines Del Mar

We stayed in Rincon 522, a wonderful apartment but the whole stay was marred by the residents. I understand it is a residential apartment block but they really make tourists feel so uncomfortable, constantly complaining, and constantly pulling people up by the pool. It’s a shame as we were just trying to enjoy our quiet break. I would never return.

Amazing location and a gorgeous pool area apartment was also lovely. Writing this to purely make holiday makers aware. This complex has a lot of full time residents. Throughout our stay we saw residents complaining non stop to parents about children, children in the pools, men playing with the table tennis, about peopling bringing bags to the poolside, constant nagging etc. I stayed here with my two older parents. Definitely not a place to stay with small kids as we witnessed full time residents constantly complaining about kids playing in pools noise etc, it’s a gorgeous place just the atmosphere is definitely something to be conscious of if you are spending so much money to stay somewhere. Not suitable for small children or younger adults either. A quiet place for older residents may be most suited.

I never thought I would have to write a negative comment during the rental, that is to say that on a stay of a week, we still have 3 days to stay there? My remark concerns only the noise, and not the least: we occupy apartment 751 and for 3 days, in the apartment above, furniture (seems that they are moved with a shrill noise, sometimes early in the morning (Around 07:30 and late in the evening, until more than midnight) today, it started around 18:00 .This is unacceptable for a rental of this standing, whose ability to rest is praised. We pointed out to the reception of the building, we were told that the owners still had two days of work!!In summary, I wonder what they move so heavy to make it so loud, accompanied by noises of footsteps as heavy.
