Macdonald La Ermita Club

Just spent 2 weeks here and it has been wonderful. The atmosphere and friendliness is second to none but the people who made our holiday the best experience were Dina, Silvana and Tony in the pool bar/restaurant. They are the loveliest, funniest, kindest, most welcoming group we have ever had the benefit of meeting on any holiday. Silvanas prawn pil pil is divine and Tony and Dina’s sense of humor is priceless. We’ve had the best time thanks to these three amazing people

Fantastic from moment we arrived. Arrived a couple of hours early and asked at reception if we could access our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us early access. The location is great and only 5 minutes walk to the main square. The hotel itself is a little tired and the restaurant didn't look very appealing so we gave it a miss but the apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great peaceful views.

The restaurant staff, Silvana, is extremely efficient. She ensures that the facility is clean, well arranged and meets all our expectations. The meals are quickly prepared and presented in a tasteful manner. Silvana has an entertaining personality which adds in a positive manner to the dinning experience.
