My experience was horrible. The room had very bad pillows and no heating, so I was extremely cold. In addition, I found hairs inside the bed, which I found totally unacceptable in terms of hygiene. I left first thing the next day. As if that were not enough, the treatment of the staff was not at all friendly; on the contrary, I had to get angry to cancel the days I had left of stay.

i hate to come on here and be so negative but i have to say that this hotel was quite literally awful. basically no food selection. hair in the shower. no soap! headboards weren’t even attached to the beds and my shower curtain fell off. not happy

I don't give him any more stars because he won't let me. I have been very lucky to travel a lot, both outside Spain and inside. I have stayed in all kinds of rooms (suites, normal rooms, cabins...) and, to this hotel, I would return 1 and thousand times more. The location is perfect, you have everything at hand: shops, the market, the beach, restaurants... everything. I went with my wife, my baby and my two dogs. The hotel is old? Yeah, and he's clean. It maintains an Andalusian charm when entering. It is very accessible with wheelchair and cart. The rooms were very clean and left us two bowls for the dogs which is appreciated. And above all, the attention of the staff. They're amazing. They are constantly watching over guests and if you need anything. They guide you around the area and show you places of interest. I insist the area is spectacular. The hotel's staff is 5 stars. The cleaning girls are lovely, very professional and are watching that you do not miss anything, Angel is a lord from head to toe and his attention is unbeatable and very cheerful. “The Wig” is a lovely man and the best, the receptionist Patricia. Your attention, your affection and your attitude is 100. He kept an eye on our needs at all times and welcomed us with open arms. Lovely no, next thing. I can offer the best suit in the Cala that just for the staff, the attention and the cleanliness, I would refuse to return to this hotel. Thank you very much for everything, we will return SAFE.
