Our experience was something different. It started the worst way. When we arrived, we arrived at 23:30, we were informed that we had no reservation. When the reservation was made through the edrems, with code and booking email. It was a real movie. How then, there was no reservation?? We paid 1 week. We got in touch with the platform edrems who immediately asked to talk to the receptionist, his name Jesus, who told him something that the boy even sweated. With the amdar of the conversation, we realized that they had placed someone in our apartment, since the chek in is from 15:00 and we only arrived at 23:30. My daughter was constantly crying, scared of the situation. La noticed the error and tb pressed by the platform, arranged us an apartment, which say if of passage, mt well located. From dai was td mt good. A nice pool, clean and careful. A nice mt garden. Mt well located, msm in front of the beach, mt trade, restaurants, markets.... The hotel food mt good. Always being answered. Good breakfast, mta variety, well made. Two spectacular ladies from the buffet, one calls. Fatima and oitra brunette type arab mt friendly, but I don't know the name. We had a good experience overall, taking the start of the stay. Anything we asked tried to solve and showed themselves always ready to help. I would spend holidays there again.

I booked the room for one night to celebrate my partner birthday. We paid 146 for one night breakfast including. We got room 108. Please remember this is a 4 star hotel allegedly. From the start everything went wrong. 1. I have specifically booked I double bed and they gave us twin beds , I did communicate to them thru email to please keep in mind I booked a double bed and please make sure I get it as is my partner birthday and I want everything to go smooth, they still didn’t care . We got twin beds. 2. I have asked for a bottle of Prosecco upon arrival, again I have explained is my partner birthday and as a 4 stars hotel they couldn’t provide that. 3. The receptionist I think her name is Linda Romero , lacks professionalism. 4. The rooms are awful as you can see in the pictures. Dirty, full of dust, lots of hairs from pervious customers I guess. Dirty walls, adhesive tape used to fix air conditioning etc. Check photos. Again it is allegedly a 4 stars hotel. 5. Breakfast dangerous, very cheap food , please avoid for your own safety. We got food poisoning. 6. You don’t have a phone in the room , at least we did not. So to communicate with the reception you have to use your own phone. 7. The elevators literally scared me. I felt like in Final Destination, they look like you gonna fall. Overall a very bad experience. I don’t know how this hotel got 4 stars but is awful. This is maximum a 2 stars hostel. Please avoid at all cost eating there. The only positive thing is the location. Is literally 4-5 minutes walking to the beach.

Inattention in the dining room, no one controls access or sets up tables. The customer has to look for tablecloths and cutlery. Quality of food low, no yogurts or ice cream. The messiness in the dining room is unbecoming of a 4-star hotel. I've never seen anything like that.
