Hotel Villa Guadalupe

I have celebrated the graduation of my daughter's doctorate and have given us all the freedom to decorate the hall, the super attentive workers providing everything we need, in a hall excellent for our need, we had a great time and good food.Repeat for other celebrations, I recommend it without a doubt.

We had an amazing night in this hotel, I didn't even know it existed but we found it by chance. From the arrival the treatment was exquisite with Jesus who attended us very kindly. The room and views were a luxury. We had dinner at his restaurant and the deal from Lester and the cooks was 10 and I fell short. To be able to dine watching all Malaga is a unique feeling, the dinner was very good, a lot of quality in the dishes and a very good presentation of them. The breakfast is also very good, it is a small hotel so there is no buffet and you have to order what you want to have breakfast the night before so that they have it prepared more or less, it is not a problem, they do it to make the service faster and I found it great. Anyway, certainly a great place where we will repeat, not only because of the quality but because they made us feel at home. The hotel is a 3 star but its staff in a Grand Luxury. Attentively Sergio and Mariuska.

It is a shame that such a hotel not the services it offers. I wouldn't come back because they don't make sure they check their facilities and there's no staff at night, On the 5th we arrived at the room and there was no heating, no hairdryer, no TV, I came down and a boy Alexo did what he could but it was not solved. A room that I have been charged in full and that has cost me a good constipation. It is unethical for me that those responsible do not even deign to apologize. I'm going back to Malaga because we've fallen in love but I'm never going back to that hotel. Of course I put in a claim that I'm taking to Consumer. Let them at least deign to answer.
