Refrain from renting, at least for long-term stays. Nightmare experience. The company I work for rented two properties for a long-term stay on Victoria Street for several months. The person in charge seemed very predatory to us, with comments that already made us think about what our entire stay would be like. Our first surprise was that upon arriving at the building, we found out from the neighbors, not the owner, that the central electrical meter bank had burned down weeks earlier. On the first day, Oficentro Suites had us accompanied by a maintenance person so that we could check the condition of the apartment and kitchenware together. I ADVISE ANYONE WHO DECIDES TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY TO CHECK VERY THOROUGHLY AND LEAVE IN WRITING ANY DEFECTS AND, IN OUR CASE, LACK OF CLEANLINESS (EVEN BETWEEN THE SOFA CUSHIONS). We were naive, and when handing over the property, we had to cover the cleaning costs that they had not done. We started our stay with air conditioning problems (we work precisely in the field of installations), and although the maintenance staff went to check them, they never worked correctly during the months we occupied the properties. Another piece of advice is that it is very important to leave problems regarding lack of maintenance in writing (email). In my case, at the time of the security deposit refund, they deducted €86 because the toilet cistern would not shut off the water, something that had been more than reported to these gentlemen. Forget about getting responses to the emails you send; they usually do not reply. In short, if you do not want a very bad experience at a more than high cost, refrain from renting with this company. In Malaga, as in many other cities, there are serious companies that have nothing to do with these gentlemen.

For starters, the double bed is very small, very low pillows without being able to order any more, the living room has a sofa from the period of the 70s and its fabric worn and broken . Continuing through the bathroom, the bathtub is very bad (worn with broken paint and cin stains that looks like it is uncleaned, some of the accessories are rusty and very dirty. The kitchen is the only thing that's saved. I have stayed 4 nights and not one day has changed the towels I have had to buy ones to spend those days. When we arrive, we are told that there is no cleaning unless you are more than 7 days. Anyway... I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..

Communication takes place in advance via email, and this is also how the information about the key safe (if you arrive outside of reception hours) is communicated. When I arrived there were long hairs in the bed, in the bathroom, on the floor, there was dirt on the floor including a dead spider, I shouldn't have looked under the couch in the living area, very dirty, it was cleaned during my stay, under the couch it still looked like that afterwards Couch already a bit worn, the light switches should be checked, as not all of them always worked as they should and that was impractical, The first room was a living room with a kitchen, the microwave was a bit dangerous, as as soon as you tried to open it it almost flew out of its frame and couldn't be put back in straight, kitchen was ok, but for example there could have been one more large mug instead of just cups One thing that is often criticized is that it is very loud, I can't agree with that, had an app. on the 5th floor, it wasn't very loud there, except at 7 o'clock sharp, when the pigeons started waking up, basically directly behind the wall of the bed it made a loud grue grue, which was a bit unpleasant Bathroom: there could be more storage space, the basket in the shower was very rusty and there was a shelf with 2 levels under the sink, which was also very rusty and should be replaced, in the shower there were 2 small beetles and 1 large cockroach and one day the toilet started to smell terribly (according to another review, that's how it is...), in my opinion there is no bar to hold on to in the shower and the shower head can be removed but cannot be turned when you want to shower, the shower curtain is also not very pleasant and practical, it could certainly be replaced with a door The positive things were that the bed was comfortable to lie on, that there was a large balcony, that there was a cupboard (with coat hooks) and drawers All in all, for the price I paid, a good place to stay, but cleaner would have been nice
