Macdonald La Ermita Club

We love staying here and return each year One of the key reasons is the wonderful helpful staff especially Dena, Sylvana and Tony in the on site restaurant/bar who are friendly and very hard working. The food is excellent and of a very high standard and Dena runs the restaurant well and with a great sense of humour that makes everyone feel welcome.

The restaurant is fabulous Dena is a super attentive server, a super laugh and super woman. Slyvana is a super cook with super humour and the lads Toni and Adam are super polite and super waiters. Manager of resort and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. We’ll be back next year

Just spent 2 weeks here and it has been wonderful. The atmosphere and friendliness is second to none but the people who made our holiday the best experience were Dina, Silvana and Tony in the pool bar/restaurant. They are the loveliest, funniest, kindest, most welcoming group we have ever had the benefit of meeting on any holiday. Silvanas prawn pil pil is divine and Tony and Dina’s sense of humor is priceless. We’ve had the best time thanks to these three amazing people
