Playa Bonita

We spent some wonderful days at the hotel. The food, the comfort of the rooms, and the customer service were excellent, but without a doubt, what makes the difference at this hotel is its entertainment team. We want to make a very special mention of Daniela. Always smiling, attentive, affectionate with the children, and with an enthusiasm that is contagious to anyone. Her professionalism and kindness made our vacation unbeatable.

Experience to be repeated! The location is wonderful and the entertainment team is great. Special mention to Daniela, my children keep asking about her. 10/10 team! I would return without a doubt.

Pros Beaches, two enclaves. Beautiful calms water. Quiet. Views from lobby, bar and balcony are stunning. Main pool. Cons Lifts. A disaster. 20minute wait times. Sometimes never came. Had to carry a stroller 10 stories countless times. Also the stair door loudly bangs when going through and everyone was walking because of the lack of lifts. I'd say tge noise in the rooms there was horrific. Pool does not open until 10! Beach bar closes at 6! Only one light in room, all on or none. Ideal for waking a baby. Air con takes 90min to feel any effect. Can't imagine being there in a heatwave. Nothing around. Pool beds are extremely uncomfortable. You'd prefer tge old school blue ones for comfort.
