Apartamentos La Nogalera

Recently stayed here with friends for a week. Reviews from Booking.com seemed positive but I can see from here and Expedia that many people had the same issues we encountered. Our room was spacious and the location was good hence the 2 stars But the service or lack therof was disappointing. It often took us up to 2 hrs to get access to the pool. There's a fob system and they never worked so we'd be ushered to reception where nobody was on duty to help us. Disaster for a girls sun holiday. Secondly the drain in our shower was filthy and had to be unclogged during our stay and out furniture was stained on arrival. Since reading reviews, it's clear the owner or mnagement try to charge people for these so if you're too late to cancel your booking, take pictures of your room on arrival No housekeeping or communal bins so not ideal for a long stay as there was no sweeping brush or mop provided. If it wasn't for the pigeons, there'd be crumbs everywhere. Avoid this place if you can!

The apartment was in terrible condition; it was shameful and absolutely everything was disgusting. Hardly any outlets worked, no light in the rooms, a shower with no hot water… I am understating everything I could say. I do not recommend it at all

Incredible apartments located in the Nogalera Urbanization. I stayed at Casa Nogalera III in apartment 209, booked through Torremolinos Holidayrentals. Renovated apartment, super modern and elegant. With all the amenities. I will return. Thank you for everything.
