Absolutely love this hotel, staff are amazing, so helpful, friendly and professional. Room was clean and tidy with daily room service. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Gardens are beautifully maintained and peaceful. Great place to relax and there was always space around the pool. Food and drinks good value for money.
This hotel is a great base for exploring, close to the beach, shops and local transport, but I can genuinely say it was the staff who were the highlight of our visit. They worked so hard and we really appreciated them.
Whilst we were there, the hotel held an exhibition and really seemed part of the community, which was also great as we learnt a lot too.
It was our second time here after 9 years and we were so pleased to be back. Hotel Carmen Teresa and it's staff were as brilliant as we remembered. Thank you for a fab holiday.
