Hotel El Pozo

Housekeeping have no Time for cleaning up the room. In the morning 11am I told to reception I need new bedclothes. 5pm I ask on reception. No housekeeping is to late. I sleep on Mattress. Terrible

I was going to join a friend who is staying at this hotel, in the middle of the afternoon, who speaks Spanish and who could have helped me to book at this same hotel. The reception was extremely unpleasant, I don't speak very well English, but I explained to them, and I got thrown out of the hotel as a mess, maybe I was too gay for them... I really don't advise, the reception up to the little I saw. Run away!

lovely hotel stayed in a new room fantastic air con lovely breakfast and perfect happy staff they even got us a fridge lovely break in a lovely hotel will def be staying again
