Very good hotel, very clean and renovated rooms, buffet very, very good quality, spectacular entertainment, you don't get bored, snack bar by the pool is great, barbecue themes, sangrias... etc., to find a fault, very few umbrellas and lounge chairs, the lounge chairs are passable because there is a lot of grass and we can be on the grass but FEW UMBRELLAS, that they should solve, otherwise small and family-friendly hotel, AI ends at 11:00 PM, I WILL RETURN.

I am going to say the good and the bad about the hotel. The good: the room was clean and large. Everything else was terrible, inedible food, there is no variety, and the little that there is is very bad, all shameful. For the all-inclusive, to order a simple beer you spent about 5 minutes waiting in line, only one waiter for a whole hotel, on top of that you had to pay a 1€ deposit for the cup, if you wanted a decent coffee you had to pay for it and if not you drink it from a machine that is neither coffee nor anything. The all-inclusive at the pool was horrible, nonexistent. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and I assure you that they must be bought. Do not spend your money on this hotel when there is variety, the worst hotel I have been to by far, it is shameful. The staff was not to blame since they do not stop and they work with the tools they are given. I have spent 3 nights having paid for an all-inclusive and we have had to go out to eat because of the quality and the poorly made food. By the second day I already wanted to leave. I hope I have helped you, but my advice is not to book. I am adding a photo of a lunch I had because everything was inedible.

The hotel itself is fine, the only thing is that the facilities are too small for the number of people staying there, at mealtime you always had to wait more than 10 min to enter the dining room and there was almost never any food (I don't think it was the hotel's problem but rather the people who are greedy and then have leftovers of everything they have taken) let's not talk about the desserts, the poor cook would come out to restock and people would get up like a zombie horde to get them, (people's manners leave a lot to be desired, honestly), the pool and the bar are fine although at certain times you had to wait more than 10 min to get a Coke, clean rooms and attentive staff, for the price it has I do recommend it but if you are looking for tranquility and not being overwhelmed by meals and running for sun loungers, then no.
