Pollentia Club Resort

Looked good and first impressions good. Fantastic picturesque location and the room was clean , spacious, well located with hot shower, clean comfy bed, fridge good size balcony and massive TV what more could you want? Two pools , one for families and one for adults only which suited us, plenty of sun loungers, didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn either, with umbrellas to stay out comfortably. We weee all inclusive so drinks food wee great from unfailing helpful enthusiastic and responsive staff. Only minor for me was there was only buffet restaurants which were good but after 2 weeks of the same every night we needed a change. Overall a great holiday , great location, fantastic staff and highly recommended

This is a well run hotel which is family friendly and has adult only areas including a separate pool, bar and restaurants. The hotel has great views of the sea and mountains and is located between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, which are easily accessible by bus, taxi or hire car. There are no other bars or restaurants nearby so half board or all inclusive is a priority unless you are prepared to travel to nearby Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia. Both these towns have plenty to offer. We enjoyed our holiday stay, with our rooms being clean and presentable. Staff were also very friendly.

Friendly staff, wonderful variety of food, many sports options, family or couples orientated. Only thought would be to add some hand sanitisation stations in the buffet restaurant areas.
