Fabulous hotel. Staff efficient and friendly. Very clean hotel. Quiet and away from the busy hotels in the main resort. If you like walking a great hotel.

Great place. We arrived at 4am (don’t ask) to be greeted by night porter who checked us in and directed us to our room. One bed apartment with 2 beds in lounge as well so for 2 of us was great but might be a squeeze if there were 4 of you. Basic kitchen with fridge, microwave and 2 pan hob. There was a kettle but we had to search for it. Kitchen cupboard handles were filthy and sticky so had to give them a clean but inside was clean as were contents - think the handles just kept getting overlooked. No cork screw so had to ask for one at reception. Housekeeping every day except Mondays if you wanted it but we were at the end of the corridor and they were very early to us (always before 10am and sometimes a few minutes past 9am) so we put the do not disturb sign out till later morning. Some of the furniture was a little worn but seen much worse elsewhere and it didn’t bother us. Lovely balcony with patio doors from both the bedroom and living area on to it which was nice. Air con was the type that runs from room to room so if you put it on you get everyone’s cooking smells and was quite noisy but we didn’t need it this time of year with the doors open. Great location for the beach and we enjoyed how quiet it was as at the edge of the resort. Nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. Good prices at the bar. Reception staff great. Booked the trip to Arte market which I’d recommend for €16 Got the local bus to the caves which was packed (bus and caves). No issue with mosquitos which was unexpected but welcome. Looking at returning next September as we thought it was great value.

We arrived very early morning for a last minute week in Majorca, flight was delayed 3hrs but our room was ready and waiting. On arrival we were very pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spacious, very clean and welcoming. Our room overlooked the pool with a side sea view. The beds and linen were spotless, crisp white. The cleaning was to a very high standard and the staff worked very hard to keep apartments clean. The only criticism with the room was the fridge was a little rusty at the bottom and the shower gel remained empty for the entire week, but we took our own. We stayed self catering so can’t comment on the hotel food, but we ate at the pool bar a few times which was very reasonable. The sangria is the best I’ve tasted! Evening entertainment was good, we enjoyed watching a few of the shows. Location was a bit out the way but we liked that - we walked to Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Cala Bona. We liked Cala bona the most it was approx 45 mins each way walk but we did also get the bus (make sure you read the rules of tapping your card when getting off the bus!) Shame about some of the ignorant, rude guests who were staying, not sure what nationality and not the hotels fault- but one day they reserved sun-beds and did not return until late evening, so they were unable to be used. I also saw this lovely guest spitting poolside! Overall we had a great stay, would happily and will definitely stay again! Thank you!
