The hotel is really not worth 4 stars. The rooms are small, but they have what you need, it is very bad that you have to pay extra for the safe (3,- per day bad service) no kettle or coffee facility in the room. The bathroom is really too small for 2 people, if someone is on the toilet the other can't get near, little privacy on the balcony due to the open slanted screens. Staff is doing its best, while management really needs a "nicely correct way to deal with your guests," and that includes the "hotel manager/director, because that's where it really falls short." The food is decent, but not worth 4 stars, often the same, especially the afternoon snacks are sloppy. (fries and chips) The rooms are indeed very cramped. There are 3 elevators, with an emphasis on the 'tjes' throughout the hotel, they are small and stuffy, so you shouldn't be claustrophobic, because then you'd better take the stairs. Also, it is not fully all-inclusive, although the hotel suggests it is... for simple cocktails like mojitos and many others, you just have to pay, bad service. Tevens says in the brochure that the hotel is on a beautiful beach, there is still a good stretch of grass and path/roundabout before you get to the beach in front of the hotel, which is all rock, only 5 meters of decent beach, the rest is really dangerous slippery rocks. (Walks 1.5 km further for a beautiful beach) Large bath towels, the deposit is understandable but having to pay 2 euros for every change is really ripping people off... Never again for us.

Absolutely not worthy of 4 stars. 97% German is fine on sight but if only German is spoken and no English that is not okay. Also information is German, everything is German. Rooms and especially bathroom are small, bathroom is suitable for 1 person, if you go to the toilet then the other person can not enter the bathroom. Pool is not spectacular and not very large but is okay. Plenty of sunbeds. Beware blown when you go to the toilet near pool, is also indicated but is really slippery. Don’t you dare to eat with your clothes over your (wet or semi-dry swimwear) in the dining room, because customer friendliness is a long way off. Also keep in mind that you really can not leave your room until 14:15 if you have just arrived. We have to stay here for another 1.5 weeks, but really once but never again. Sad - 2.5/3 star - Cleaning? A fat 10

We felt at home immediately. The animation team, Sabrina, Lilly, and Alina, welcomed us as friends on the very first day. Thanks to them, not only was our daughter occupied in the Maxi-Club and had really great experiences, but we were also able to relax and enjoy our vacation during the day as well as in the evening. The shows had only one drawback - they were already over after an hour 😭 we would have watched them for 3 hours too. Everything was so great 💗 we would love to come back ❣️
