Cupid'or Hotel & Restaurant

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel last week. Communication by email before arrival was already not great, but what can I say when I arrived. Just a hello from the girl at the reception bar, processing of the payment, and handing over of the key. I had booked a room for 3 people with breakfast and dinner. When I ask the young girl until what time we can have dinner, she tells me that the restaurant is closed in the evening and that it is an error on the site. No refund and no compensation. Then, we were locked out on the very first night with the key inside and the door slammed shut. And there, nobody tells you... Obviously at 10:00 PM there is no more reception and the emergency number on the door does not answer (I am still waiting for a callback after 1 week). The breakfast is complete but the quality is very average. The owner watches everyone constantly and when you tell her that there is no more fruit or other items as early as 8:30 AM, she retorts that there is no more and walks away. This really does not make you want to stay at her place. Too bad because otherwise the room is decent and the hotel is well located.

The beds were horrible - no slatted frame, saggy, and even noisy. The room is also very simple otherwise, the bathroom partly disgusting - especially the shower area. The breakfast does not deserve its name: If there was anything at all, it was nothing special or immediately gone again. You didn't even dare to speak to the staff; they were more busy scolding, dishes were piled up everywhere. The view into the kitchen was also not confidence-inspiring.

Had booked this hotel on July 4, 2026 before arrival date August 15 for 1 night (due to tour Mallorca with rental car) thought a family hotel, praising the dinner, I'm going to book this to experience a somewhat authentic experience on Mallorca and they started this hotel on the day my husband was born, how nice and original to surprise him...??We get the message, while we were already in Mallorca, on August 10, from them, that they canceled our overnight stay for no reason (!!!), me in the stress, because I now had to 5 dgn in advance, go arrange something else or stay in the car...3 emails sent, what do you think, never received an answer, called, you get the voicemail, not to reach, what a bad service of this hotel, am sorely disappointed, never go here, because service they do not know as a so-called family hotel hahahaha... have been warned! They just want to make money and probably get an offer that someone wants to stay for several nights...and then they automatically cancel other customers, money, money, money...sometimes money is ugly, and service is better✌🏼
