Hotel Seramar Sunna Park

Fantastic stay at Mar Paguera & Spa – a truly first-class experience! We have just returned from our vacation at Mar Paguera & Spa, and our stay was of the highest standard – absolute first class. From the very beginning until the very end, we felt completely taken care of and genuinely welcome. We would like to express our special thanks to the entire staff. I do not want to mention names so as not to leave anyone out, but every single person we interacted with showed incredible commitment, kindness, and a genuine willingness to help. We were traveling with someone who uses a wheelchair. Even though the hotel is not officially listed as fully accessible for people with disabilities, the staff truly rose to the occasion and did absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. We received immense support, and they even allowed us to switch to a more convenient room, which significantly made moving around easier and elevated the comfort of our entire stay. Another huge plus was the daily attention to cleanliness – the rooms were regularly and thoroughly cleaned. The food was absolutely delicious and varied, with something for everyone, and the drinks served were simply fantastic. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its professionalism, empathy, flexibility, and top-tier guest care. Thanks to them, our stay was truly exceptional!

Here on vacation for the second year. Hotel that has maintained the service standard of last year: tranquil atmosphere, simple and informal environment but very clean, sun loungers always available by the pool, good all-inclusive offer, just steps from the beach. The only Italians in the facility, which was a plus for us. Recommended;
