We've been here 12 days. Nice hotel. Were received very friendly. Our room was on the 5th floor. Excellent room, clean. It took a while to find out how the air conditioning works, but it worked.
No strap on for the AI. Food is good, but sometimes ff have to check if the chicken is cooked. Breakfast and dinner in high season in 2 shifts, which took some getting used to, but also fine.
The hotel is located near the beach where the sea slopes very slowly. The shopping street is also close by.
The hotel is mainly aimed at German guests (the name Allsun says it all, of course). A great roof terrace where you can stay until 11pm (there is a bar). Ample parking for the rental car.
Negatives: Animation in the evening is not so special and ended early (22 hours). We missed a bit of coziness by the pool eg a music. There are some extra costs, for example renting a safe in the room, changing the bath towels and some drinks.
The pool opens at 9.30 and then there is a queue to go to the pool (especially to put down the towel).

All inclusive is a joke; the only cocktails available are pre-mixed ones that taste terrible. Everything mixed yourself costs money... Otherwise, you have to pay extra everywhere, safe, towels... no comparison to other all-inclusive hotels

Hotel review: allsun Bella Paguera
I spent an all-round excellent stay at the allsun Bella Paguera – for me the best hotel I’ve ever experienced on a package holiday.
**** General impression
The hotel is one of four allsun hotels in Paguera and is part of the Alltours group of 20 other allsun hotels in Mallorca. After a complete renovation in 2018, the house is in top condition: modern, very well maintained, extremely clean and without significant wear and tear, as I have often experienced after just a few years. Particularly noteworthy is the high priority that allsun places on sustainability. The beautiful, well-kept green area as well as the great roof terrace with a fantastic view of the bay of Paguera and the mountains in southwest Mallorca complete the very good overall impression.
The hotel has a restaurant, an indoor bar (“retrobar”), a pool bar (seasonal) and a rooftop skybar. The outdoor pools were closed in February, which is absolutely understandable due to the sustainable concept (no heating).
**** Location
Located on the southwest coast of Mallorca, on the eastern outskirts of Paguera, about 22 km west of Palma. The transfer from the airport takes around 25 minutes. The town centre is about 1 km away, the nearest beach is only about 3 minutes walk away, about 15 meters below the hotel, easily accessible via a staircase directly at the hotel. A bus stop with connections to Paguera, Andratx, Palma and the airport is right outside the hotel. All rooms offer views of the sea, greenery or mountains in the southwest of the island.
**** Rooms
I received a free upgrade from the single room to a standard double room. The 18 m2 room was modernly furnished, the furniture in perfect condition. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The bathroom was large and modern, the air conditioning worked flawlessly and the room was pleasantly quiet. Daily cleaning, linen change every three days and water dispensers on each floor are further plus points. A safe is available for a fee of €3 per night.
**** Food
All meals are served buffet style in the restaurant. There are two shifts in the morning and evening, no shifts at noon, hot snacks in the afternoon and coffee and cake. The buffets are changing daily, extremely varied and very tasty. There are always vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options. Sustainability is also visibly communicated here. The restaurant is very welcoming, missing food is quickly refilled. Wine and beer are served, soft drinks are available in self-service.
**** Bars
The Retrobar is open from 10 am to midnight, the Skybar from 10 am to 7 pm (weather permitting). The pool bar was closed during my stay. Branded soft drinks, various beers, an extensive cocktail menu and several mocktails are offered. Premium brands and stem ice cream (Spanish brand) are available at an additional cost.
**** Leisure & wellness
The outdoor pools were closed in February, which I thought was perfectly fine. For this there is a large indoor pool (7am–9pm) with supervision, a very nice spa area with sauna, tepidarium and relaxation room as well as a spacious, modern gym.
In addition, bicycle rental, pool billiards, mini golf, entertainment with sports and leisure activities, childcare and various excursions (the latter for a fee) are offered.
**** Service
The service was simply outstanding: consistently attentive, dedicated and professional. Most employees speak excellent German. Special requests are fulfilled where possible, often even at no extra charge. In my opinion, the best hotel service I have experienced so far – across all hotel categories.
