Agroturismo Son Not

Arrived at Son Not (easily found by google maps but the drive up is very bumpy) late afternoon and fell in love with the location. The villa is surrounded by stunning countryside and the outdoor pool is a perfect size and feels private. Nearby Artà is great for popping in by bike in the day or a short 3 min drive in the evening for a drink and something to eat. It’s worth walking up the hill to get a good view of the town. Inside the apartment however, I was disappointed. First, for a self- catering apartment I think some basics could be provided to make the experience better e.g, coffee for the filter, bin bags, salt, pepper, cooking oil, cleaning sponges etc. And maybe a bit of milk and bread to get you started...It was a bit of a bind having to buy this as soon as we arrived. Some ventilation in the kitchen would’ve been good and we did tell Luis that our dishwasher wasn’t working but he wasn’t helpful and was quite dismissive which was frustrating as we’d bought tablets! On arrival the soap in the bathroom was empty... not a great start but we found some by the bath. The opportunity to have a bbq was great but the coal supply was lacking and we struggled without firefighters and an outdoor light that worked...! The bedroom was fine, a fan or some air con would’ve made our stay more comfortable. Generally though it was pleasant enough. We hired a car and it’s well worth it- some great beaches nearby (Cala Torta, Cala Mesquida) and it’s easy to get around. All in all, a lovely part of Mallorca but some small improvements would make the stay here much better.

a great place to spend cool time, in the middle of the olive trees. Very restful. Close to a lot of beautiful beaches. A very large swimming pool. Palma is very near and you can visit all the island spots from this place. Awesome

We spent 5 days in Son Not in June 2017. We had a lovely time in this great place and enjoyed the peace and comfort. We lived in apartment B and were fully satisfied with the rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen. We loved the view from the terrace and enjoyed the swimming in the very nice and clean pool. Even though there are other guests at the same time, it was very quite because every appartment has own private area and are very well insulatet.
