The hotel is located in a good tourist spot and its facilities are good, the staff is pleasant. Upon arrival they gave us a room with a sea view and a private solarium, but the air conditioning was not working correctly and we were at 27 degrees in the room, we called and they checked it, the next day they gave us another room we had to leave the suitcases at 11 and at 14:00 they gave us another room again, but the air was still terrible which despite their good action we spent some quite hot days. The hotel itself was hot, in the bar area although there were air conditioners they did not turn them on, we watched a soccer match there in quite a bit of heat. In the dining room the food is good although it presents little variety, at times it smelled like drains, and it also depends on where you sit you spend quite a bit of heat. Regarding the room showers, the water comes out with little pressure. In conclusion, the hotel is correct due to the location and its facilities but it must improve a lot.

Hotel advertised daily shows in the evenings. There was nothing at all apart from a speaker plugged in and repeated same music every night, bar shut completely at 12pm. Staff made it obvious they wanted to go home and rushed you to finish your drinks .spar area Never open all locked up .underground pool locked up and spar was empty, food was same almost every day .barely warm. Room toilet had phoo on it wife had to clean . Not one English speaking channel on TV in room .small beakers for drinks and pay 1 euro per cup refund on return. Only good thing was great location. But all in All Hotel not worthy of four star. Hotel nextdoor 3 star Veronica had entertainment every night .

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, thank goodness it wasn’t a week. Firstly we started off our stay by having showers in our hotel room. The whole bathroom flooded under the door into our bedroom area under the beds. I went and spoke to a man at reception about this and not once did we receive an apology or an alternative room for the evening. We had to wait for the drain to be all cleared out and a cleaner to clean so spent most of our first evening sat waiting around. Continuing our stay we found the food choices were appalling. Just lots of fish. The restaurant is like a canteen and nobody to greet you or point you in the right direction. Also lots of flies about while you’re eating. We ended up finding alternative places to eat because was giving us upset stomachs. (Captain Hook next to the hotel saved the holiday.) The toilets around the pool are hideous. There’s only 2 toilets, the male toilet door lock is broken so they were all using the female singular toilet which was filthy. On your last day you do not get given a courtesy room you are expected to shower next to toilet in said bathroom. For me the most shocking incident while we were here is during the first 2 days of our stay there was a stag party of about 10-15 men. I was catcalled multiple times around the pool and made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. To top it off one of the guys got into the pool without his swim shorts on so was completly naked. There were children and young girls in the pool so I reported to reception and the life guard. (Understandably not the hotels fault for there actions however they way they dealt with it was the problem.) I was laughed at by the life guards and all I got was a thumb up. No action taken at all and the guy remained naked making a scene in the pool for the next hour. On both incidents of asking staff for assistance or support they were rude and quite frankly did not care. There is no entertainment at this hotel and around the pool they play the same 3 songs on repeat all day. Also if you stay here set your alarms for 6am other wise you will not get a sun lounger as there is only enough for a handful of families. We then found alternative loungers up on the balcony (no signs at all) was then kicked off of them and told we had to pay. You will also need to pay €1 per cup and if you would like your luggage stored in a safe area while you have your final day you will also need to pay €12 per locker which is only big enough for one suitcase. So although Cala millor is a lovely area with a fab beach. I would avoid this hotel like the plague. 0 stars if it was an option.
