The location of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, right on the front with easy access to the sea if you wanted a swim! And was within walking distance of some beautiful restaurants too. The atmosphere at the hotel was fantastic, super chilled but loads to do if you wanted to. and 95% of the staff were super friendly, Eline was amazing! She was super helpful and energetic, honestly probably the part of the holiday we miss the most! The room was really nice, i would definitely recommend booking a sea front room though! We always check our rooms as soon as we get to the hotel, and it was super clean and tidy, everything was in a good place for us just to relax. The only downside was after the eating the Chicken Caesar Salad at lunch time I was ill in the evening (only for about 1hour) but the pain was. terrible in my lower stomach, we came to the conclusion that because the water quality is different in Mallorca to the UK and the salad leaves had been washed in the water we think that’s what did it as i was fine after a good 30minute sleep.

We have spent some very good days at the Verdemar. The best part, without a doubt, was the treatment from all the staff. From the reception, where they always assisted us with great kindness and a smile, to the bar team, who were charming and made us feel very comfortable at all times. The room had beautiful views, perfect for disconnecting, and the ground floor bar is also a great place to have a drink while you enjoy the scenery. In general, it has been a very pleasant stay and we have felt very well taken care of. Without a doubt, it is a hotel we would return to and that we recommend for the excellent treatment from all its team. Thank you for making us feel at home!

For the price we paid for a week in the Verdemar it wasn’t worth it we’ve stayed in a lot better hotels in the past for less. Pool was boggin so much so my partner ended up with a bad rash and pharmacist said it was what was ever in the water. Food was rancid we ordered chicken at lunchtime and when I took a bite it was black like it had been laying in a kitchen sink for a week and when we raised concerns the waiter with the moustache wasn’t interested he still expected us to pay for it as well. Bathroom was dirty smell of sewage came up through the shower also the shower tray was on its last legs felt as though it was going to cave in at any one point also we found cockroaches as well in one of the towels when we asked numerous time to get new towels and toilet roll and it looked like we asked them for their PIN code to their bank account because they were not compliant at all. Asked the woman at reception to fix our key because we couldn’t get into the room and she said it’s because you’re leaving today when in fact we weren’t leaving for another 2 days again she was another one who wasn’t happy when asked to get the matter resolved. For the size of hotel and price to stay there having to pay €3.50 a day to get a sun lounger is absolutely diabolical and being told by reception themselves to be down for 6am to get a sun lounger because anyone and their granny from the streets can get in and use them only to find our towels been removed and thrown into a corner after going for breakfast wasn’t something we expected….. So all in all save your money and book somewhere else
