We had a lovely stay here. Andy & Frankie are very friendly and helpful and Lupi went the extra mile at breakfast when the eggs ran out & did an extra fresh batch for us. Everything was replenished well at breakfast & it was great that it ran until 10.30am for those of us who like a lazy morning 😊.
We tended to eat away from the hotel for dinner and you're spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars. I'd recommend going to the main strip or there's another area around a 10 min walk behind the hotel where there's British & Irish bars with quizzes, live music, karaoke etc & lots of shops and restaurants. The bus stop is right outside the hotel that takes you to the main strip or the old town. Also the bus from thd airport drops you about 10 min walk away & is only a few Euros each.
The Hydropark across the road is quite small & was very busy during the summer holidays but we had a nice few hours there. I'd also recommend the boat/snorkelling trips via No Frills Excursions.
The beach is around a 15 min walk away & is beautiful with clear blue sea. The banana boat ride was a blast!
There are an abundance of cats that live across the road that are very well fed. Apparently the government do not like people feeding them & there are signs to this effect although we didn't see any

We're currently half way through our 10 night stay & are loving the Solecito apts. We have a two bedroom, two bathroom apt which is a perfect size for our family of six. The only downside of the apartment facilities is that there is not an oven & only 2 rings.
The whole complex is clean, staff are friendly & pool(s) warm & ideal depth. The splash park has been a massive hit with our 2 year old granddaughter.
There is no music playing around the pool, organised activities, or evening entertainment but this suits us.
We've eaten lunch once at Solecito apts, which was reasonably priced & good quality. There was also a good selection on the menu.
The walk to the beach is roughly 15-20mins, but well worth it, ideal for children & adults alike. We've been going later in the day, due to the heat.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the apartments if you're considering them.

We are just coming to the end of our week long stay at Solecito.
I have been coming to Alcudia since I was a little gir to visit my family l & now bring my own family & have stayed in many apartments over the years.
The Solecito is definitely up there with our favourite places we've stayed.
The rooms are a fantastic size with great amenities. The bathrooms in both rooms are lovely & modern (with great water pressure). Was great to have the 2nd bedroom for the kids & the living area was really roomy. On arrival we had been gifted a large bottle of water, biscuits , coffee for the coffee machine which was a lovely gesture. The shower gel & shampoo provided in the bathrooms smelt gorgeous too.
The pool is small but perfect for what we needed & lovely & warm. We could always get a sunbed with no early morning towel reservation needed.
You could walk to the Port or Old Town but it was very humid when we were there so got taxis everywhere (using the Mallorca cab app).
The Eroski to the left of the hotel is only 4 mins walk & has everything you need to buy or walk 10mins to the right for the Lidl.
The staff were so great. Andy was brilliant at the bar & Lupin who checked us in was lovely too.
The grounds & rooms are spotlessly clean & the maintenance staff are always on site.
For what we need in our accommodation/ trip the Solecito ticks all the boxes. We will be back.
Thanks to Andy for sorting our son with the Alcudia strip too.
Perfect timing we were here for the world cup final. Viva la Espana 🇪🇸
