Cala Azul Garden

Rooms are OK. This is not a 3+ hotel in my eyes. Not the reception area. Pretty worn pool considering tiles. Towels are laid out early at the pool, these are not moved until no earlier than 10:30. Many rules in the pool that sure some like and others don't. No inflatable toys/madrasses are allowed, no jumping is allowed as well as no dive. Not allowed to throw balll, even if there are no others around or in the pool. Pool bar with ice and some food/drink, but terribly slow operation. Otherwise nice location of hotel, short distance to beaches, grocery store, center and bus. Looks nice from the outside and likes that it is not experienced large.

This is the 3rd consecutive year that we have stayed at this hotel. The first time it was great, the 2nd time less good but it remained decent for the price and the location of the hotel, but the 3rd time it was even less good. The staff was not as friendly, the buffet was far below what we experienced the first year. Too bad because the hotel's location is very good and the hotel pool is really, really great.

Actually a really nice hotel. Clean room, cute staff, nice pool and pool area etc. But suddenly on day number four, ball games in the pool were over. New rules, as there were some who complained about ball games. When you go to Mallorca as a family in July, you are looking for a good pool area. That the rules are then changed to please those who probably should be in an "Adult Only" hotel, it is devastating for a holiday. There are a lot of guests with children, and everyone is sitting with a ball, and you can't play with it. We would at least have chosen another hotel if we knew that children are not welcome.
