So far we have been here for 2 days and we see everything as overrated, terrible and expensive breakfast; you pay 20 € for breakfast and they charge you 6+ for a juice, at 9 in the morning there was no bread left and it took about 40 minutes to restock, so far not happy at all, very expensive and poor service for where it is located.

We traveled as a family, we are five people, and our experience at the hotel was excellent. During our stay, we were in three different types of rooms and in all of them we found comfortable, very clean, and pleasant spaces. I want to make a VERY special mention of Santiago, at the front desk. From the first moment, he was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. He genuinely strove at all times to ensure that our family had a quiet, comfortable, and pleasant stay. He was always attentive, looking for solutions and doing everything in his power to help us. Without a doubt, Santiago made a big difference in our experience and is the type of person who represents a hotel exceptionally well. I hope management recognizes and values his excellent work! The breakfast was delicious, the pool area is very pleasant, and we received very good service. The beach is literally just a 3 or 4 minute walk away, which is perfect. We are leaving with an excellent impression and are very grateful for all the attention. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. Thanks again and, especially, thank you Santiago!

Prices are too high for the services offered, disappointing compared to the expectations set by the photos. The breakfast was scarce, and the cleanliness and care of the environments were neglected and need improvement.
