These apartments are rated by jet2 as 4*,its never a 4 maybe 3* at a push.Apartment 305 in block h is very basic,bits of the kitchen hanging off.Silicon around the sink to keep the ants out.In the bathroom the ceramic sink had a really large hairline crack in it,not ideal for bacteria to get into.

Just got back from a 10 day visit got exactly what we paid for nice cheap holiday.appartment not the Ritz but wasnt expecting to much but for the location and the pool area we grabbed a bargain. All room clean and tidy maid service every day and all the staff are there at your beckoned call to help out . Can not say how much the staff are there to make you feel so welcome all holiday long.maybe the people that moan about this complex should try booking with someone else, this is a nice cheap break holiday complex which gives you what you need and the staff also try to go the extra mile for you

I arrived for my first ever solo trip and got a two day break at a steal. The room isn’t the Hilton but I was given a two bed apartment straight off the pool which completely makes up for it. The pool is gorgeous and the manager? Anthony is fantastico, super friendly and helpful in all ways. The hotel is super central and the rustic rooms just add to the charm. I’ll definitely return!
