We had a great stay at this cozy, family-run hotel. What really makes a difference is the owner Elena, who is incredibly present, warm and genuinely service minded. She really makes every guest feel welcome. The location is perfect – right in the center of Cala d'Or, just a stone's throw (about 50 meters) from the restaurant streets and about 200 meters from the nice beach Cala Gran. The room was very good with comfortable beds, a spacious fridge as well as kettle, dishes, cutlery and glasses. The hotel also offers free rental of beach mattresses, parasols and other equipment, which was a big plus. The absolute highlight of the room was the fantastically efficient air conditioning. During the hot days it was wonderful to be able to come back to a cool room and sleep really well at night. Cleaning was also done six days a week and maintained a high standard. Since our flight home left late at night, we had to check out at noon, but the hotel let us store our bags in a locked room behind the reception. We also had the opportunity to borrow a shower and change before departure. It allowed us to enjoy another whole day at the beach, which we really appreciated. It's actually hard to find anything to complain about. Instead, we would like to give a big thank you to Elena and her colleague for a warm reception and a service beyond the ordinary. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary during our stay, and it was just as memorable as we had hoped. The trip was booked at short notice, but it turned out to be one of our best spontaneous decisions. We will undoubtedly return here and can warmly recommend the hotel to others looking for a personal, well-kept and affordable accommodation in Cala d'Or.

Clean, modern, family friendly hotel. Amazing, lovely and helpful staff! Nothing was a bother. Felt very comfortable having our 1 year old there. Room was ideal for her needs! Only issue was the noise during the night, banging and hearing other rooms meant our stay wasn’t restful from sleep! (Our little one wasn’t disturbed as had white noise) Great location if you have small kids as lots to do, good walks for naps in pram, lovely marina, land train was so fun (stops right outside) one thing to also mention is lunch & dinner timings for the buffet were late for feeding small children we felt, but having a fridge in the room meant we could feed her at her normal times with things we had brought (slightly annoying when you’ve “paid” for them to have food tho) I would reccomend this hotel to young families!

Very good hotel well located, consistent with our expectations and human dimension (2 floors) with attentive and kind staff. 1st stay in Mallorca, beautiful discovery, incredible coves near Calla d Or. plus visits to Palma and Alcudia must-see.
