The staff were really great. I cant fault how helpful and friendly they were. My 'terrible' review relates in its entirety to the awful state of the apartment. The first impression was the smell. It smelled of mould and damp. I'd read reviews before choosing this place and I'd seen that it had been recently renovated. They must have forgotten apartments 4192. The air con was louder than a tractor - thats no exaggeration! The bedside lamps looked like they'd come from a crack-den. There were some very dubious stains on the walls and door frames. The kitchenette was very tired and if you put the kettle on at the same time as the microwave the fuse blew. We only went back there to shower and sleep and the cleaners were fastidious about ensuring we had clean towels but in all honesty it was an absolute dive. I didnt ask to move as i presume if they had anything better they'd have allocated it in the first place. My advice is to ask for an updated apartment or avoid staying here.

We have just return from a week all inclusive. Hotel itself we couldn’t fault we were staying in an apartment in block 2. Maids came in everyday and were friendly and done a great job. There was a lot of choice of food even for a fussy eater like myself with something available all times throughout the day. Sunbeds you I’d have to be up early to get one we found that from 9am there were non left so we ended up paying for the cabana beds which were €30 for the day. The same for the beach by 9am No sunbeds left. The entertainment team were great even though we didn’t participate we saw them work endlessly through the day and night. Location was good it’s in Cala Egos which is a 10 min taxi ride from Cala dor, we did find it difficult getting taxis into Cala for maybe be better to order one through the hotel. There is a little train that runs on the hour that goes into Cala dor and the harbour but stops in the afternoon for around 3 hours which we didn’t realise so had to walk back as we couldn’t get a taxi so just something to bear in mind. All in all we had a lovely week. Wouldn’t go back but it’s one to knock of the list of travel destinations that we hadn’t been to before
