We are here as a family (2 adults + teenager) for the second time in an allsun hotel – two years ago on Fuerteventura and now in Alcúdia. Unfortunately, it turns out that the disappointment was not an isolated case, but a fundamental pattern of the allsun brand. 1. Evening program & entertainment The evening program is not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. - Nearly identical, very simple B-level program every evening - Adults are hardly involved - At 10 p.m. the plug is literally "pulled" – nothing happens after that - Interns take over the entertainment; they do their best, but professionalism is lacking - Once, there was even a request to make the music "not so loud" – atmosphere like in a nursing home - No gala evenings, no professional shows, no DJ, no live music, no karaoke, no highlights In other hotels in the area, there is quality live music until late, karaoke nights, or at least varied entertainment. Everything here seems like a minimal program that only serves to save costs. 2. Gastronomy & quality of the food The hotel only has a single restaurant, which is unusual in this price range. Quality and variety would be all the more important – both are missing. - Almost identical food every day, hardly any difference between lunch and dinner - Meat quality often poor – "meat like gum" unfortunately hits the mark - Little variety, little ambition - Freshly squeezed orange juice costs extra despite all-inclusive - Overall more of a cafeteria level instead of vacation enjoyment The lack of variety in the food is so clear that it would be more worth it price-wise to book an apartment right on the beach and eat in the surrounding restaurants. In terms of price, it comes out to the same – but with significantly better quality, more selection, and real value for money. 3. General impression & price-performance ratio The location and cleanliness are positive – but cleanliness alone does not make a 4-star hotel. - Further points of criticism: - Air conditioning in the lobby sometimes turned off or broken; staff sit there with fans, air conditioning in the room also works sometimes and sometimes not, consequently the sleep and the feeling in the room, unbearable at temperatures over 30 degrees and more - Guests who have low expectations or don't know any better accept a lot – but that cannot be the standard - We had to leave the hotel every evening just to find any entertainment at all The way it should actually be is unfortunately not noticeable here so far. Price-performance ratio is clearly inadequate. allsun currently presents itself more as: - "no fun" - "minimum sun" - "basic sun" Limited to the absolute minimum – nothing more, more than that they apparently do not want or cannot offer here. 4. Conclusion After two stays in two different allsun hotels, it is clear: The problems are not location-related, but systematic. The concept seems strongly designed for cost savings – at the expense of quality, entertainment, and experience. For us, it is certain: Never again allsun. Other hotel chains in the same price range clearly show how one can offer guests a better experience.

The hotel is nice but is dedicated exclusively to a German-speaking clientele. All animation and activities are in German. The rooms are spacious. Negative things: the restaurant is not at all up to a 4-star hotel and the spa, while nice, has the water of the icy pool. In addition, the The floor is ruined and my daughter cut herself quite badly.
