Fergus Style Cala Blanca Suites Hotel

The hotel not a 4*, its more 3* as is very basic & areas in need of repair and modernising , air con in rooms is poor as are the beds in the 'superior suites'- kids beds really poor. The Pool is TINY for the size of the hotel! the pool area is poor layout, half is in shade most of day, theres ants everywhere, the pool bar is filthy, the area towards the bar and little bay stinks- like a sewage smell, the poor toilets are disgusting. selection of drinks is ok, food is ok- some nice meals but then some very basic offerings and its always the same meals all the time. restaurant floor is always dirty. The staff working their are all really nice and helpful no issues there. the area is nice and santa ponsa just up road is lovely. ok stay but would not go back.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay with family of 4. Positives= Big Spacious rooms, with amazing air-conditioning, kids club and children entertainers amazing. Food good quality. Staff delightful. Lovely beach front accommodation. Negatives= not a 4*. I would expect some luxury, there is no waiter service at the bar on an evening, no formal bar area, tables were not cleaned on an evening in the bar area ( full of drinks and wet surfaces), having to ask for a glass rather than plastic glass on an evening. Pool and restaurant too crowded, kids club very in your face as you check in, ie no nice reception area. We have had a great holiday as it's met all the children's needs, however some luxuries for adults as a 4 * were expected but not met.

We came as a family of three in July 2026 when there was a heatwave in Mallorca, and the first thing we noticed was the air con in our room was amazing! As soon as we walked in our room is was so cool and a relief from the stifling heat outside. This was a massive bonus! The rooms are big with plenty of space for clothes and the beds are comfy. The Tv has English channels, bbc, itv and sky news. The food in the restaurant was good, a variety every night and well cooked. The snack bar around the pool was the only let down! For an all inclusive this need improvement, no snacks to speak of, just fruit and some cakes… this is not what I have been used to from other hotels I’ve stayed in. Now the pool… if you want a sunbed next to the pool get up before 8am to secure a spot otherwise you will get a bed if you get down before 9.30 easy. Don’t bring inflatables, they are not allowed. The entertainment team do games for the kids and teens and this keeps them busy. All in all a great week and I would highly recommend!!
