Hoposa Uyal

Wow just got back from another ( the 4th) great 14 night stay at the Hoposa Uyal. From the start to the finish we were looked after so very well there is nothing they won’t do for you, the staff are amazing, Christina and all the other staff on the front desk are so helpful, friendly and always smiling. Our room 357 junior suite had a lovely sea view at the front and a lovely view at the side, the decor is up to date and was very clean and tidy the room was cleaned and bed made everyday by the cleaners who work very hard at there job and they do make a very good job of it, always happy. The restaurant inside and outside are run smoothly with Daniel in charge, the restaurant staff are all so helpful and friendly nothing seems to much for them they waited on us so very well. Breakfast is self serve and is very good there is a lot to choose, from your fry up to fruit toast etc there is something for everyone plenty of tea and coffee if you need more just help yourself. There is a lunch/ snack menu which you can order from and you will be served with that plus what ever drinks you want. We were half board so it included evening dinner service the meals on some days where better than others there was a lot to choose from but I must admit I was disappointed at times and some items were cold. We did have a very small problem which I bought to the attention off the front desk staff one evening and there was an under manager by the name of Joaquin close by who came over to help, he came and asked the problem and we told him he said no problem at all he sorted it out so professional and he came over as a very nice person I was very impressed with his attitude to me as a customer, we got on with him so well he was giving us some good information about the hotel and the area which we never knew before. One evening we were sitting in the outside restaurant having dinner and notice someone over the far corner behind a tree I could see it was Joaquin who we spoke to the other day, he was busy clearing up a mess that someone had made that day, he probably thought no one could see him but I could and I thought how good was that of him well done. We bumped into Joaquin a few more time and we became friends he came over as such a nice polite and caring person I’m sure he will go far with his job, he even came to see us off on his day off which we never expected. We have really enjoyed ourselves again at the Hoposa Uyal the staff seem so much happier and relaxed more this year which we enjoyed, we wish all the staff all the very best for there futures and now we are going to rebook for next year 2027 room 433 or 357. We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Uyal. The entire reception team and the manager were extremely kind from our arrival. They were always attentive to our well-being and demonstrated an excellent predisposition at all times. The hotel has a privileged location, facing the sea, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very complete, with a great variety of options.

We had an amazing stay at Hoposa Uyal! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. A very special thank you to Javier and Lucia for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Their excellent service made our holiday even more special. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back. Thank you again, Javier and Lucia!
