Hoposa Villaconcha Aptos

Disappointing stay starting with a very underwhelming check in which we were given barely any info or guidance on the hotel or surrounding area and the staff didn’t seem to care that the lift wasn’t working so we weren’t able to get our cases up to our room. It was left up to a Jet 2 rep to help. We kept missing our room clean as the staff never returned, zero staff monitoring the pool area so when we had a hotel towel taken from our sun bed by another guest and one of our three beds was also taken by another guest there was no recourse. Sadly the staff don’t really care. Pool area also very busy (stayed early July) so getting a sun bed in the morning was challenging as all taken by 9am and guests not using them. All in all a frustrating stay. Hotel 3 star at best.

I really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the hotel was in a great location. I had a very nice stay. I would come back again.

Our stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzis, which were perfect for relaxing, and the semi-Olympic swimming pool, which was great for both swimming and spending quality time with the family. The inflatable play area for the children was a fantastic addition—they had an amazing time and didn't want to leave the water. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.
