Hotel Cupidor

This morning, upon returning to the hotel, I went to the restaurant to get some fruit. At that moment, a waitress (with blonde hair half-tied in a low ponytail) who was sitting eating with other people, said to my boyfriend “finish”, indicating that breakfast had ended. I understand that much, but when I was heading to return the plate, the same waitress made a comment in an unpleasant tone saying something like “you should have come earlier”. The tone was clearly angry and unprofessional. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I were bothering someone or as if they were doing me a favor, when in reality we are customers who are paying for our stay. I believe that, instead of that comment, they could have addressed us more politely, simply by indicating that the service had already ended. I do not know if they assumed I did not speak Spanish, but regardless of that, this type of treatment is not appropriate. I do not know how they can have people like that.

A warmth as if you have always been a guest here. It is a family hotel in the best sense, even our little dog was warmly welcomed.

AVOID IF YOU CAN. WE WERE "welcomed" by some young boy in the bar of this filthy hotel - he did not introduced his name ,that the reception is closed ( about 6.30 pm) and we checked in in the bar. The girl gave us a key from the room and said what time is the breakfast and dinner. Nothing else. We came to the room and there was no hand soup no shower gel no shampoo. I came back to the bar and asked to have it refined. She got an attitude and walked off angry saying something to the boy- her boyfriend. Than about 10 minutes after she brought me a shampoo. I asked to have the hand soup refilled she said that is impossible and that I should use the shampoo she bought innthe shop. Bare in mind ,this is ' 3* hotel'. Next day morning we tried to go to reception- there was again noone. It was 8 am morning. We had very poor breakfast.. at the evening we attended dinner at 9.15 pm , the rude boy came over to the table and we wanted to order the dinner. I kindly asked what we can have and he said " you are crazy" etc and I told him to not speak to me like that and that am not crazy and we are a customer's.. that the girl came over and said that we supposed to order the dinner at the morning ? What a joke ?? Noone told us this. Than the rude boy broughy bill to the table for the beer my partner had. We paid for it.We might have to leave from here earlier than we should. They are disgusting, rude awful people and do not appreciate quests at all! Shame on you ,just close down your business.. the shower is blocked and have issue with the drainage and there is a leak all over the floor.
