We had been looking forward to spending two weeks at this 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, our stay did not live up to our expectations. We travelled as a family with four children/teenagers aged 10–15, and we were disappointed with many aspects of our stay. After travelling through the night, we had to wait around four hours before our rooms were ready. We understand that check-in times have to be followed, but after a long overnight journey with four tired children, it was a difficult start to our holiday. We had booked two twin rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were quite small for a family with older children, and the extra beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Despite asking several times for an additional mattress, we were eventually given only a duvet to place on top of the mattress to make it softer. There were also several issues with the rooms. The door handle was missing from the inside of one of the bathrooms, meaning you could actually get stuck inside if the door closed. This was fixed after we reported it. The wall-mounted drying rack was loose and eventually fell down. The lift was also very unreliable throughout our stay, and we often chose to walk the five floors rather than wait for a lift that may or may not work. Overall, the hotel felt tired and poorly maintained, and the level of cleanliness was not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. One thing that particularly stood out was the cleanliness of the plates in the restaurant. It was almost impossible to find a properly clean plate. Even though they had clearly been through the dishwasher, we regularly had to go through several plates before finding one that looked clean enough to use. This happened throughout our two-week stay and was very disappointing. One of our biggest frustrations was the pool area. The pool itself was reasonably clean, but during our entire two-week stay, we were never able to get sunbeds. We complained about this during the first few days and were told that staff removed towels from sunbeds that had been reserved but were not being used. We never saw this happen. Eventually, we gave up and started using the pool area at the neighbouring Globales hotel, which is a 3-star hotel. The standard there was not better – the whole pool area was very worn, the sunbeds were old and tired, and the pool water did not look particularly clean. The only reason we used it was because there was more space and we could actually get sunbeds. It was disappointing to pay for a 4-star hotel and end up spending our pool days at a worn 3-star hotel simply because there was no room for us at our own pool. The food was okay, but very repetitive, particularly when staying for two weeks. The pizza was very good, but otherwise some of the food was lukewarm or cold and often lacked flavour. The entertainment was quite good at times, but the volume was far too loud. Both the music and the microphones were so loud that sitting in that area could be uncomfortable. The service at reception was also very mixed. Most of the staff were pleasant, but unfortunately our experiences with Carlos were very different. We found him to be extremely unhelpful whenever we approached reception with questions or problems. After several experiences, we found it easier to go to the reception at one of the other Globales hotels nearby to ask for help instead. On the positive side, the hotel has a great central location and a lovely beach nearby. We travel every summer and do not expect luxury, but when booking a 4-star all-inclusive hotel, we do expect a certain level of cleanliness, maintenance, comfort and service. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet that standard for us. There were simply too many things that disappointed us over the course of two weeks. We would not return and would not recommend this hotel to larger families, particularly those travelling with older children or teenagers.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive review. There were a few things that significantly dampened our stay. Four stars should not be interpreted this way. The room on the 5th floor is okay if both elevators are working. Since one did not respond to the call button, effectively only the other one was available. The one that could not be called could only be used occasionally if it happened to be on the floor. Both elevators make frightening mechanical noises in the shaft, which definitely point to incorrectly positioned components. The door rebates are partially bent, the displays sometimes do not work, and when stopping, there is a jolt that goes right through you. My daughter was constantly afraid during the rides. The air conditioning was running, but with a distinct rattling. Several repair attempts were not particularly successful. In the end, we could only use level 1 of 3, and even then it was unfortunately still clearly audible. The dented cover in the ceiling was not even reattached at the end, so we had a clear view of the somewhat unsettling installation of the entire air conditioning system and the electrical connections. The room faced the neighboring hotel. That is a relatively large block with a distance of approx. 20m. On the roof, there are huge fans running for its air conditioning or ventilation system. These fans were clearly audible; a quiet evening on the balcony could not be enjoyed. The fans run 24/7 and are noticeable even with the windows closed. Not really useful, such a balcony. The hotel's occupancy was borderline. There was actually constant noise in the hallways, there were constantly slamming doors because their dampeners were torn off, and due to the very thin walls and a lot of drunk party people, getting a good night's sleep became a real challenge. The main clientele was clearly in party mode, and the hotel management seems to be very aware of this: The pools are closed at 7:00 PM (I find that normal) and then blocked off with black, plug-in fences so that no one goes in anymore. I have never heard of or seen anything like this, but it probably fits the behavior of the guests. At the reception, it was explained to us that this had to be done for safety reasons. In any case, it looks unsightly and significantly diminishes the evening atmosphere. No other hotel has to take such measures. This hotel has an obvious problem with its choice of customers. Their behavior was sometimes unbelievable; trash and other things were left lying everywhere, creating a very unpleasant overall impression. Entertainers were sometimes treated disrespectfully, alcohol flowed in streams, food was shoveled at the buffet, and half of it was thrown away. The staff at the bars seemed rather absent and distant. That should be understandable given the guests' behavior. Anyone who fills their establishment with such a clientele should not be surprised by the collateral damage. But it would be fair if other customers were either warned or protected or filtered in an appropriate way. This is directed at the hotel and TUI alike. Positive: Short distances to the beach and nightlife. Decent buffet, though with weak seasoning and somewhat overly sweet drinks. Very diligent team at the buffet; tables are cleared quickly, and tables are helpfully moved around for individual needs. At the pool, there is at least an attempt to reduce the inconsiderate permanent reservation of sun loungers with placed towels - one employee has the job of explicitly looking out for such problem cases. For late departures, a shower facility with a towel is provided after checkout, so that the use of the pool and beach remains possible and one can freshen up again for the return trip.

Comfortable property 2 steps from the sea with a pool for the lazier ones. Thanks to the all-inclusive formula, your right hand will never be empty. Wide availability of food and drinks at lunch, breakfast, and dinner. The animation team is the real highlight, activities at every hour that keep you busy always. Between archery or rifle shooting, water aerobics, soapy towel, or water polo, you never get bored (and much more). A special thanks to Anna. Lidia, Marta, Martin, Jordan, and Lucas!
