We were here as a group for a long weekend. The location is really great, a few minutes to the beach, 500m to the Megapark, and close to the airport.
Our room was large and clean; unfortunately, there was no wardrobe. For 3 nights, however, it was fine that way. Our room was at the end of the hallway and was therefore very quiet. Sometimes, however, you could hear the neighbors when they came home late at night.
The breakfast had a good selection. Unfortunately, it sometimes took a very long time for food to be refilled.
The pool is very nice, although the number of lounge chairs does not match the size of the hotel. Consequently, all lounge chairs were sometimes already reserved shortly after the pool opened.

We have only spent one night at this hotel. We were looking for a hotel in the area to be close to the airport.
To tell the truth, we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility felt in this hotel, since the Arenal area is not one of the quietest on the island. The hotel is like a haven of peace.
We only had breakfast. The breakfast was fine, and it is served from 7:30 to 13:00.
For our late checkout, they provided us with towels and showers in the Spa area. The girls at the Spa showed it to us (we didn't have time to enjoy it), and we were left wanting to return.
The receptionist advised us to go to the airport by taxi, and it was a great choice. Less than €20 and we arrived in 10'.
The hotel is 2' from the beach. On the beach promenade there are all kinds of souvenir shops and restaurants.

An honest review!
The location is convenient – not far from the airport and close to the sea (a 5-minute walk).
The room was new and clean, with high-quality and regular cleaning, but we ran out of shampoo quickly!
The hotel grounds and swimming pool – there’s hardly any outdoor space; the pool area is small and not very comfortable, as is the pool itself.
Food – a major downside: limited choice of dishes, and the menu is very monotonous! Breakfast is a buffet. Dinner is à la carte, with a limited and monotonous selection of dishes.
On the plus side, there was gluten-free bread, but you constantly had to ask for it, and they’d only give you one roll, sometimes two if you insisted strongly (I have a condition that means I can’t eat anything containing gluten! I felt uncomfortable having to ask for just one or two rolls each time; I had to wait up to 10 minutes, which was a bit humiliating! The food is the hotel’s weak point.
The spa has two saunas and a swimming pool – small, cosy and pleasant!
Another major downside was the rowdy hotel guests who were getting drunk and making a racket late at night, disturbing my sleep!
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel a second time! I have plenty to compare it with, and for this price range I’ve stayed at hotels with higher standards of food and service!
