Hotel Roc Oberoy

In a terrible location with nothing to do around, and awful Wifi as well. Additionally, the maids consistently skipped over our rooms, and when they did clean, they put out stuff deep under the bed which made us feel like we were constantly loosing items and almost left a few behind. It’s a fine hotel, but it was random aspects such as those that made it unpleasant to stay at.

We went half board for 5 nights. The staff could not have been more helpful. All aspects of the hotel were great from the rooms to the food - we will return soon

Perfect hotel experience, good gastronomy, proper cleaning, good situation, and perfect all staff highlighting receptionists(all) and waiters, special mention to Auri and Mamen, two loves of people. It will be our home if we return to the islands. Mari Luz, from Ermua.
