Hotel & Spa Ferrer Concord

Very clean, renovated hotel (do not rely on the exterior appearance upon arrival). Very kind and helpful staff. The buffets are very varied and of very good quality: it is the first time I have eaten this well in a hotel of this category (themed cold buffets, different choices of meat and hot side dishes, meals for children, fresh fruit at every meal; the only negative point is the juices at breakfast, no fresh juice and the coffee is not exceptional). Regarding the rooms: a bit small for 3 people and not much storage space, but once settled in you get used to it; the bathroom is very practical even if small, walk-in shower. The bedding is very good. Terrace with two chairs and lines for drying towels and swimsuits. Do not hesitate to get the "pool view" supplement. Regarding the pools: a large quiet pool (you cannot play ball there, etc.), with a depth between 140 and 180 cm, a smaller one with a depth of 140 cm (you can play ball there quietly), Jacuzzi and small wading pool. The lifeguard ensures quiet and respect for everyone, which allows for no disturbances of any kind. There are enough lounge chairs, even without reserving them. A spa is also present but not tested. Beach towels are available for a €10 deposit and a payment of €1 per towel change. A bar is available all day long. Snacks from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., but it's a shame there are no sweet snacks or ice cream for the children. Small occasional entertainment (water aerobics, mini club, mini disco in the evening, or entertainment by dancers or singers in the evening). The positive points: cleanliness, staff, meals, pools, location (200m from the sea and promenade) and bedding. The negative points: the all-inclusive package is very light (no real cocktails (but rather syrups), no sweet snacks, no ice cream). The safe in the room is available for rent (excessive - about €40 for 7 days). The noise of the air conditioning at night. But these negative points did not tarnish our stay. First time in a Globales chain hotel and I am more than satisfied.

This hotel is in a good location for a few gift shops, a couple of bars and the beach. It is labelled as a 4*...it is not this ...a 3* more appropriate. The rooms are very clean and we had a pool view which seemed a bit larger than the standard room as it was a corner room (339). Keyless entry to the room is good but you have to pay for the room safe and pool towels. (Quite expensive) We were on an "All inclusive " board to which we can confirm the food areas were clean and hygiene was good. Food variety was poor...lunch and dinner were the same; with the buffet not being sufficiently replenished so items were often not available. The food was often luke warm and not labelled correctly. The snack bar which is open 10 till 6 is poor with the burgers hot dogs and chips cold. Breakfast was ok. That being said my wife who is very particular when it comes to food was able to find enough food to eat at mealtimes. The bar was available during day from 10am up till midnight, but not sufficiently staffed with long queues and some of the staff were not customer focused and friendly and didn't seem to want to be there. However a special shout out to Amber who bucked the trend and was always helpful and had a smile on her face. Overall I would mark this a 7 out if 10 and personally if you are looking for something cheaper to take the family then this may be an option. If ur looking for a quality hotel with excellent 4* service and food, it is not. Unfortunately I will not be returning and honestly would not recommend.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast ,hotel clean. Staff working incredibly hard and all friendly and always with a smile . Special thanks to the two lads, Michael and Moises, the entertainment team, as they went all out to give everyone a good time . Every day, they were at their best, wonderful with all the children there, and found time to talk to guests . For myself and my husband, they made our stay at your hotel a very happy and memorable one . I also spoke to other guests who were singing there praises . Well done Michael and Moises .
