My family and I have not yet left the hotel. During this time, it is an incredible experience, which moves me a lot because of the work that in 3 days I usually leave, after spending a week among all your team. These are very strong and have a high and familiar temperature received. We have no words to thank you for how happy you have made us. But I would like to highlight the specific team that has made this vacation the best. Starting with the first people who assist us at the front desk, sometimes the most forgotten but without whom this adventure could not begin. I will begin my thanks with AGÜI who was the first to catch our attention to help us and offer herself for whatever we needed. Continuing with DEMELSA, super attentive and affectionate, always giving a smile while offering to change beach towels for you. EUNICE, you are encouraging us with a practical physical activity to work off the excess food and drink, super affectionate and attentive. At the beach bars, PEDRO, a great person and a great professional, nobody has any problem with that, a star. And ÓSCAR is a lover and a super attentive person, always showing all his talent through the cocktails at the pool bars. In the dining room, JUAN CARLOS, responsible for the room and concerned that we feel very comfortable. Or MARIA VICTORIA, the great smile of the buffet hall, was attentive and concerned for our well-being. And AINA, buffet room waitress always busy so that our table is super tidy and that she refills our drink. We also know SERAFINA, the joy of the cleaning service in the buffet. The waiters like Alberto, Lola are a sweetheart...so attentive always. How kind Bury, the queen of orange juices and Mario, the most cheerful waiter in the room. And Conce, the best seafood fideuas. The entertainment team, EDU, ALBA, DIEGO and AROA, are explosive kids who have a lot of energy and are not having the nights of their lives. And IRENE, the hotel's assistant manager, receives donations from the buffet chef and attends to suggestions for better service. And I want to finish with two lovely workers responsible for our rooms being perfect, tidy and always with some detail to surprise us, thank you PILAR and INMA for all your love. I am going to keep writing to you because I do not want to leave anyone out. This means that now you can obtain a rating and everything you need to know about higher ratings. In this way, we have a great memory of our new home, but we also have the heart and the heart that we will live a magical adventure in these days. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We arrived at 2.30am at the hotel room was lovely apart from a leak in the bathroom,we were given towels and a bucket until the morning,we were then told if will be fixed. Next morning we let reception know they said they will get somebody up to fix leak. Later that day the leak was still happening and coming down faster now I rang reception again to ask for assistance 1hr later somebody actually came up to look at it again! This went on for 4days before it was actually fixed and me speaking to the manager,this had really spoilt the holiday by this point. So not the best experience!!

this hotel is superb! very clean! the staff is always attentive with a smile, the room is impeccable we eat very well the kids club is great too and Paola at the Spa is a true gem!
