Arrived and paid tourist tax of 188 euros as shown on card machine. They actually took 790 euros from my account. I also paid 180 euros deposit for towels, but hotel refusing to refund. Both the hotel and Tui deny responsibility. Please BEWARE people.

The location of the hotel was perfect with shops nearby and a regular bus service. The view from our room (1351) was lovely!! Outside of the main reception was a water fountain which acted as a roundabout. The hotel offered aqua gym and i think it was called aqua dance, this was offered every morning often lead by an entertainer called Viktoria. She was AMAZING she made sure everyone included was recognised and she had SO much energy!! Every evening at 9:30 there was a performance/show which was great. These were shows of dancing, singing, acting, magic etc.
The hotel was very clean and our room was always cleaned and pyjamas were folded by the cleaners. The noise levels during the night weren’t too bad apart from when spain won against Argentina in the world cup 😂 Apart from that the noise levels were completely fine. The hotel had a great atmosphere and it was always nice and air-coned so felt very nice to walk in after being out in 36° heat.
On our last day 23.07.26 Viktoria very kindly came to say goodbye to Myself, my sister and my dad (James) which was very kind and we greatly appreciated this! The other staff in the hotel were all very kind and very welcoming all the time.

Block A
We were in the adult block. 2 adults and a 17 year old. The size of room are the best we have had for a long time, there main bedroom and a second room ( with partition) the Gold bands give you access to the adult only area, pool and Bali beds. Plus access to the food truck. Which was excellent.
Beds are a bit hard but they had a thin quilt so I but this on the bottom
animation team
The animation team is great. Especially the pool warden. Made me laugh. They are excellent and are like a large family.
The aqua dance is one of the best I have ever participated in. Big shout out to Victoria she made me laugh every day. I Forgot this was exercise.
Air con
Is awful. We reported ours. It slightly improved but is more like cool air. Not cold air.
Food
The food is the usual offerings, mostly hot. The plate are boiling. Don’t let your children pick them up, but the keep the food hot so I did not mind this. Ice creams cornetto, lollys are plentiful but no scoop ice cream
WARNING
The labels for the food are awful, labelling “ Various puddings”. Does not help..
Also there were lots of mixed salads. Again no ingredients listed. But I did see the chef walking around with someone,
The inside restaurant has air con. Or cool air but is not the best.
Drinks
The cocktails are from a machine. There ok.
But not a lot of a selection. But the staff are good.
If you are taking SHO or Stanley cups. The bar will give you ice if you ask.
All drinks are in small cups.
The sports bar and large area to the rear are air conditioned
The resection are is not so if your wait for collection is not nice.
Location
The location is fairly isolated. You can get a land train or bus to Porto Cristo. But this is not a big area either. The cost of the bus is €3 each
way.
The walk down to the beach is fairly easy. The beach is fairly clean but has seaweed. If you can walk / swim out to the bank the waters are crystal clear.
The hotel is large but apart from the speciality restaurant everyone eats at the one restaurant which makes them very busy.
The big thing you need to know is that the entrance is at street level the swimming is at -3. There are lifts. But they are small. And hot.
We were on -2 and so we walked. But there are step to get to most places.
